I am completely horrified at this unprofessional business. I paid my account in full and then started getting messages from these people. Today I had a phone call telling the woman that I have already paid my account and I have a paid up letter. This was sorted out long ago but started getting messages from this company. The very unprofessional woman kept talking over me. I told her not to and she continued to talk over me. I told her that you are harassing me by sending me messages constantly and that she should check with Edgar’s before harassing someone who already paid up the account long ago. Totally disgusting practice. After I put the phone down on the woman because she kept talking over me I get another text message from them. I’m furious. When is something going to be done about this company as I see loads of reviews about them.
