Bad service

I made payment arrangements with this company last year March 2021,I deposited agreed some of money on the 16 of March 2021 and after that they were busy calling me and claiming that they did not receive the money I sent proof of payment and they did not respond back. In May 2021 I made arrangements with them to debit my bank account to settle the outstanding balance. The last debit order was going to be in November 2021 and to my surprise they continued to deduct in December as well as January 2022. I wrote to them again and provided them with proof of payment, they did not respond up until I decided to call them and they told me that I'm still owing them denying the first payment I made which I provided them with proof, they asked me to send another email which I did on the and they acknowledged it promised to reply within 5 days and it been more than 20 days I have heard anything from them.
