Bad service

A ********** account was opened under my details and upon learning about this I contacted Pick n Pay to dispute the account because i did not open or own a account with them.The consultant refered me to accounts department and advised I call RL Daly attorneys to also lodge a dispute on the account.What a bad experience i had ,first they requested support documents which i emailed and was told their admin will only recieve it in 48hrs(Yoh what kind of a mail system are they using).i did a follow up in two days only to be told 48 working hrs .This people are so unproffesional and ruining our lives.My OTP for a bond loan is getting rejected because of this error.They are bad and seem not to have any understanding to the consumer credit Act.
