Bad reconciling of Statements

I had an account with RCS and couldn't make payments and thus my account was handed over to Daly .I have been making payments of R1000.00 per month to pay my account. During the month of September when i went to make payment i noticed that my balance was now R1553.34. On the 07th October 2020 i made payment of R1000.00 and my balance was then reflecting as R553.34. On the 31st October 2020 i went to Foschini to make payment and i was also told there that my balance reflects as R553.34,i therefore made payment of R553.34 with the knowledge that i have fully payed my account. To my surprise on the 04th November 2020 i received a text message saying my account less than the amount promised by R446.66,which i don't understand as i did not owe them R1000.00 but R553.34. It thus says to me that they have poor reconciling of statements on their part as a result will rip people off their money,could Daly Credit Corporation fix this as i no longer owe RCS. I see also on the complaints that I'm not the only one and worse they charge for these wrongful texts that they send. Instead of assisting people in paying their debts they are actually ripping people off.
