Attourneys that keep hiding that you paid

It a shame that I even have to give one star.

We were handed over by RCS to these attorneys without even knowing. We tried to settle the matter with RCS bylut they just said sorry. Now we paid the full outstanding amount, as in the full settlement amount. We did not even recieve the amount, after we asked a few times. Now we paid the amound that showed on the screen on our account. The first time we paid our monthly installment and it was even more that the agreed amount. Its showed 2 days later and it was oaid on a sunday. The Wednesday we paid the full outstanding amount and it was more than R6000 and it has been more than 14 days and still for some reasin it doesn't show . They told us the first time it will take 5 to 7 working days then they said 14 days and now suddenly it will only show by the end of the week. We lost a car we wanted toe buy, we only want a letter that states that RL Daly has recieved the money but no one can or would help us in any way!
