ADK VAN DER MERWE - RL DALY ATTORNEYS

<p>I was without work during 2013/2014 and was not in a position to pay my bills. When I started at a new firm in June 2014 I made arrangements with all the people I owe money and I stick to that arrangement. One of the businesses I made an arrangement was Standard Bank Card division to pay a R100 every month. They (Standard Bank) later handed the account over to Daly Attorneys ( ********** 702) and I continue to pay the arranged amount. This morning however Daly debit my account with an amount of R7066-63 leaving me with only R1500 in my account. Thge did not have permission to do that and all my debit orders will not be paid. When phoning Standard Bank Card they said they can do nothing about the situation and I must phone daly Attorneys. I am in a huge financial disaster due to this and I want Daly to refund me before close of business on Monday 03.07.2017. If not I will have no ather option that to take this matter further.
