3 months later still waiting for paid up letter

I had an account with Edcon which was handed over to RL Daly for collections, I have been dealing with RL Daly until December 2014 when they offered me a settlement discount on my account, I took the oppotunity and settled my account in December 2014, and I was told that it will take 6 to 8 weeks for me to receive the paid up letter, when I call them they telling me that they waiting for Edcon to overwrite the <br> <br> outstanding balance today is 3 months later I still have not received any paid up letter from RL Daly.
