Horrible and disgusting service from rixaka funeral service

My mother was with rixaka for over 3years, premiums up to date for a 82year old woman,my father passed away and when she went to claim they wanted to give her the coffin she didn't sign up for it looked like a box not a coffin, when she complained that this is not the coffin you showed me when I joined they told her if she wants a better coffin she was top up with 38 thousand rands,where would a pensioner get so much money they were so rude and told her if she doesn't have money they can only give her 5thousan from the premiums she paid when you look at their broucher it's all false adverti*****t most of the things in their brochure don't exist,we had to cancel the policy and get another funeral service that charged less than the 38 thousand top up they wanted we got better service and much more than what was offered by rixaka, I'm so disappointed and ashamed of how they treat their clients in times of need
