Dispute of Funeral policy payment

My mother paid her funeral policy at a pension point today as she normally do, She paid her policy as well as mine. The lady claimed that she only updated her book last month without taking her money so she charged her double this month. She also claim that my account is outstanding with four months but according to my knowledge is current.
