Cancellation letter from underwriter

Good Day Re: Policy no:RBS***

On the 15th of August, we canceled the policy for me and my husband, reason being is no bus and grave.

Ever since we cancelled we have been waiting for the underwriter cancellation letter and we are told story after a story, even from the manager Sindisiwe.

We currently don't have a funeral policy because they need the underwriter cancellation from Rixaka's underwriter. I will also write to Sanlam as, to us you keep on telling us you waiting for Sanlam.

I personally feel this is unfair to us as we were your loyal customers for a while.

Kindly send us the underwriter cancellation letter.
