Ritchie Ford Worst Service Ever

My Kuga was towed in last week Wednesday after numerous months of it being in and out of Ritchie Ford Richards Bay garage since 2 Jan 2020. Approximately 8500km back they worked on my cylinders and cylinder head, after that the vehicle went back to them 3 or 4 times where I told them that the vehicle was not fixed, but they insisted that there is no problem.

Eventually the vehicle had to be towed in last week 24/02/2021, with guess what, a cylinder problem again.

I asked my service lady to please arrange a courtesy vehicle as that is my wife's vehicle and that she needs transport to cart my 2 children, a 3 year old boy and my 5 year old daughter to school and the shops, but said to her that I can wait a day or 2, phoning every day for a courtesy vehicle.

Today 01/03/2021, almost 5 working days later I went to ask for an update and mentioned to the lady that I am truly getting fed up with Ford as the problem is not being solved, and that I would come back later to talk to the service manager about my problems I have.

I went back at around 14:30 where the Service Manager did not even want to listen to all the problems. I mentioned to him that the service I am getting from Richards Bay Ford was the worst service I have ever had. I told him that without a courtesy vehicle my wife has to walk +-5km to town with my 2 children, and his reply to me was "THAT WAS NOT HIS PROBLEM".

I have been a loyal Ford client for almost 17 years and a 3rd generation Ford customer, and if this is the customer service that Ford is "PROUD" of, then I would rather go somewhere else where they appreciate someone and try to help them the best possible way, and not tell me, the customer that my wife and kids safety is not their problem.

Not to mention that they can't even say approximately when my vehicle will be ready, but why would they, my wife and kids can walk for a month, cause it's not Ritchie Ford's problem, as the service department would say.

I have dealt with Action Ford, Eastvaal Ford, Hoffeldt Ford (where I bought my very first Ford in 2003) even Ford in Aliwal North, and I can truly, honestly say that this is the worst service I have ever had in my life. Unfortunately i had to give them 1 star as their is no option for 0 stars.

If you do not want someone's business just say so and we'll gladly go somewhere else.
