exceptional service from Ritchie Ford - Richards bay

What a great experience. We picked up car trouble in Richards Bay in March 2022 back from holiday. I was forced to take my vehicle to Richie ford - Richards Bay to determine the oil leak I picked up. Not only were we treated friendly but the staff from the service manager, the mechanic and to point out the Tea lady were absolutely in a different class to what I am use to. We were treaded with respect as well as a slice or 2 toast and coffee. The whole time we waited in the lounge area for the vehicle to be repaired there were smiles all around and staff wanted to know if we were ok.
