Bad service

I took a vehicle for service before 7AM for service. I did not get any response and when I phoned after 15:00 I was told they will get back tome then I get a message saying my car just went into the washbay, I was number 2 in the morning when I brought the car. Does it mean they only service 2 to 3 vehicles per day?
