Vito inverter and Risen Solar Supplies

I installed a Solar system at home in January 2025. The 1st inverter Vito inverter worked for about 2 hours then BLEW. The supplier the sent a new one which BLEW on the 5th of May 2025. I then got another company to check the system. They indicated that the wiring was incorrectly done. When I approached Risen Solar Supplies regarding the faulty inverter they are silent. I reported the matter to the Ombudsman already. People don't use those after sales assistant does not apply to them
