Terrible Service – Avoid Risen Solar Suppliers!

We installed our solar system on July 4, 2024. On January 7, 2025, our battery failed, and we immediately notified Risen Solar Suppliers. They only came to inspect it on February 1, but couldn’t fix it, so they took the battery to their workshop for further testing and charging.

Since then, we have been completely ignored. They don’t answer calls or texts, and on the rare occasions we do get a response, it’s just empty promises—claims that they will come "tomorrow" or that someone is "on the way to the office to check."

At this point, they have effectively taken our battery and disappeared. Their lack of professionalism and customer service is shocking. Do not trust this company. We are extremely disappointed and would not recommend them to anyone.
