Worst body corp
All we do is waste our money , they have no idea on what they are doing ..the most useless body corporation I’ve ever came across.. even the boss/owner Hendrik is confused he doesn’t know they are doing ..they are so frustrating

The Body Corporate consists of all owners, including yourself. Trustees are elected to run the body corporate and the managing agent acts on the instruction of the trustees.
We would like to invite you to stand as a trustee at the next AGM as this is the best way to look after your investment.
Alternatively, you are welcome to send us an email so that you can be invited to the next trustee meeting. This way you can address your concerns directly with the trustees that you have elected to run the body corporate.
