They have just been appointed as managing agents at The Blyde in Pretoria East, they're flying in at a speed of 340 km/h chasing after imposing ******* penalties on owners for literally anything. They are "handing over" body corporate levy accounts internally to themselves, and they feel no shame for their blatant ******** conduct. I made a payment of R700 into my levy account yesterday, today they me a statement showing an entry of R80.00 levied as a collection penalty on my R700 which I have paid into the BC bank account, not a debt collecting bank account. I'm an attorney and I am not going to let them get away with their crime.
