No Go !!!!
Handing me over to debt collectors on a levy I did not pay despite the following: - They owe me a water and lights deposit for a few months now. -The complex are in terrible shape, potholes lifts not working, plaster coming off, NO maintenance at all. -Trustees not having answers to body corporate questions. -Terrible customer service. Can't even send an email in proper english. -Not sending statements to all relevant owners.

We have sent you the form that you need to complete to get the water and lights deposit refunded. It was refunded as soon as we got the documents.
Maintenance is approved by the trustees. The fact that they are not approving maintenance as well as the fact that they are not responding to owner emails cannot be a reflection of our service as that is not in our control.
All owners are getting statements and I see that both you and your -co-owner are getting statements as we have the read receipts on the emails sent.
