Horrible service
Horrible service, they don't know what they doing . Our flat has been out of power from Friday and they still don't have answers DO NOT BUY A PROPERTY THAT IS MANAGED BY THEM

The flat has been without electricity since the body corporate does not have the funds to pay the outstanding council account. As you know a special levy has been raised and as soon as owners pay their special levy we can pay the account.
At this stage, the owners are the only ones who can get the electricity back on. This is unfortunately out of our hands.
