Knowledgeable staff, good service

<p>I was a little skeptical about using Rio Perfumes to purchase niche fragrances as it is an independent store and I did not visit it personally. Riaz, the owner, is a very knowledgeable and helpful guy and he offered to refund anything in full if I was not satisfied. Needless to say I was satisfied and I have ordered a couple of times now.
