False free Delivery and defective product

Order twice fro. Rio Perfumes. The second order was over R1000 and as per the website, qualifies for free delivery. I was still charged delivery fee. There is no phone number to call so I completed the contact form and emailed them, no response. The atomiser on one of the perfumes on the last order was not working. That too was ignored.
