Disappointing service and product!

I purchased a perfume from Rio Perfumes, which was delivered on the 15th of October. Unfortunately, one of the perfumes, Fragrance World Jacques Yves Champ De Rose 100ml Eau de Parfum, arrived with a faulty nozzle that doesn’t work.

I am now stuck with a full bottle of perfume that I can’t use. I have written a review on their website and sent two follow-up emails to address the issue, but no one has bothered to respond.

This lack of customer service is unacceptable, and I am highly disappointed. I expected better from Rio Perfumes. Please resolve this matter urgently!
