I’m very happy with the service I received
I’m very happy with the service I received. From the initial communication through to delivery, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Roché kept me updated throughout the process, delivered exactly when she said they would, and the overall experience was seamless. Excellent customer service, great communication, and a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely recommend them!

Right Air: Pool Heat Pumps and Airconditioners
On 9 December 2025, I bought an ITS swimming pool heat pump from this company and I wanted the pool's water heated in time for use by visitors over the Christmas holidays. I would like to commend Marisca for sharing her knowledge of pool heating (with patience) and for the friendly manner in which she processed my order and even expedited the delivery. I also want to commend Rochè on a documentation query I had, she handled it in a friendly and professional manner. Lastly, I would also like to say thank you to the delivery driver Kenneth. He even offered and helped to carry the heat pump a good 40 meters to my pool's pump house. Thank you all. I recommend your business to everyone, because your prices and service are excellent and I plan to buy an aircon from you as soon. Tokkie de Beer

Unprofessional!
Worst after sale experience ever. As explained by management, the company does not make much profit on a unit. Making it very competitive in the market, but that explains why the after-market sales are so poor. I have been trying for over a month to get a part for a unit that is registered at Forways Group under warranty, but just nothing. I need to follow up with them, and in every follow-up mail, there is something new to not provide the part. Unprofessional!
