RICUS GROUP DSTV INSTALLATIONS *** *****

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service received from Ricus Group DSTV & CCTV Installation.

A technician was sent out after I contacted the number ***. We were invoiced R1 250 for an item that was allegedly replaced during the visit. However, independent verification later showed that the item was not replaced as billed.

When I followed up, I was told that the technician who attended the call-out had been “fired” and that the company is no longer responsible for his actions. This response is concerning, especially as the booking and allocation of the technician was done directly through their office.

I am very concerned about the accuracy of the invoicing and the service delivered. The matter has not been properly resolved and I am still awaiting a refund or satisfactory explanation.

Based on this experience, I cannot recommend their services. I would give them minus zero stars.
