Overpriced DSTV Installation

I was very disappointed with this installer’s service. The installation was done without properly discussing or agreeing on the cost with me beforehand. After the work was completed, I was charged an excessive amount for materials and labour.

To make matters worse, materials were used that were not actually required for the setup, which unnecessarily increased the final cost. A professional installer should explain the work, discuss pricing clearly, and get approval before adding extra materials or charges.

Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I would advise others to confirm all costs and required materials in writing before proceeding with any installation work.
