False advertising

Went in RFO Jeppe street in Joburg CBD in search for jeans and voila i saw a board advertising 2 jeans for R149. It took me a good 30 to 40 mins searching for the correct size. Was so happy coz that was a bargain. Upon arriving at the till i was told the promotion ended 2 weeks ago, but why is the board still there there was no answer. I believe as a consumer am meant to get what has been advertised by the retailer. I didn't argue with them but was very disappointed... i ended up getting one jean for R110 instead of two for R149🥺🥺
