Bad service and lack of customer etiquette.

Tuesday(25.07.24) evening I went and bought 2 packs of men's underwear. On Wednesday (26.07.24), I returned to the store with the one sealed packet as it was to small for the person I bought it for. I tried to call the store and head office and did not get any help. I explain to the sales person that as an honest customer I would like to exchange the one that is sealed as I would not bring back underwear that was opened. Not only do I get told no I can't the sales person laughed in my face then said no you can't exchange it. It wasn't even 24hrs yet. It was sealed.

I clearly wasted time and money going to the store. I mean times are hard already and now I've just realised I wanted money.

What is so bad in returning a sealed pack. I would understand if it was open. But it's sealed as is when it was bought from the store. To get laughed at is another thing. No respect. All I wanted was to exchange the sealed pack for a bigger size now I've wasted money. All other stores allow it if the pack is seal as bought. This is pathetic.
