A stupid no exchange/refund policy

This outlet has disappointed me with their policy, they say there are no exchanges , no refunds. So when you buy you must make sure the clothing fits. So does it mean you can't buy for anyone else who's not there because should the item not fit , then it's your loss. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone else it's a zero rating from me
