Zandile was most professional and diligent in the manner she assisted me with my query. I have been trying to cancel a contract since the 08.12.2021 after returning the incorrect phone that was supp**** by Mondo Numerous calls were made to mondo customer care and reached out to many staff who were very unhelpful even though proof of delivery was supp****, however, Zandile Shezi went that extra mile and helped sort out the RMA number and have a credit passed as I was being debited by MTN for a phone I do not have. Well done Zandile really appreciate you and am very satisfied with your assistance
