Worst service, dont use

If i could give minus stars i will, I did an upgrade with them, there was a deal on a phone, watch and earpods, i took the deal and 5 days later my package arrived with only the phone that i recieved late in the afternoon, after the courier left i checked inside and only found the phone, i contacted them the next morning and is still getting the run around and no one can assist me, this is the second time this has happened, all i need is the missing items and not to cancel the contract
