Where is my refund as awarded by your internal investigation??

From the 9th of June 2023 up until now 7th of August 2023, after numerous phone calls from my side, and awaiting the call backs as was promised by the Rewardsco team I had no joy in receiving any further information regarding the refund of the Vodacom Rewardsco (WeGrow program) that I was wrongfully paying for since, June 2021.

I have never consented contributing towards this program and Rewardsco's internal invetigation ruled in my favour, confirming by listening to the call recording that it was never communicated to me.

Now, after having to follow up weekly I am not closer at all in knowing when the refund will be made. I tried calling them again today, 7 August '23, and not 1 call gets accepted to speak to an agent.

This is unacceptable and needs to be rectified immediately!
