Vodacom upgrade

This company is a total ****. I did an upgrade with them and agreed on a 24 month deal only for them to put it on a 48 month contract. Then they send the device to you before you even confirm the deal and now I'm struggling to get any help from them as everytime I call them they say they need to listen to the initial sales call but give me no feedback
