Vasigan Naidoo THANK YOU

After a terrible experience with Mondo, I finally got to deal with a very efficient polite gentleman called Vasigan Naidoo. Not only did he do what he said he was going to do (get my refund from MTN) he was the ONLY person out of over 20 that I dealt with who updated me weekly on progress. His fantastic service was so appreciated. My refund landed in my bank over a week ago. I am sure without his intervention and follow up I would still be waiting.
