Untrue representation and promises
The consultant ensure that a free gift is due from the Vodacom rewards section and that no Vodacom store can give it to me, they have to courier it to me. This is however untrue as the company is Rewardsco, and not the Vodacom Rewards Division. Totally misleading to think it is actually a Vodacom Rewards Center Operator contacting you directly. Tried to get an email address on their website but it is not available, only a phone number and street address in Umhlanga.
