Please cancel Order *** Immediately. I called yesterday to cancel this order, reference 3RBCTDN2, spoke to Sbongile.

A person identifying themselves as Craig, called after I had spoken to another consultant in upgrades, Employee number 10842, Kalin. Craig made out like this was the upgrade deal I had spoken to Kalin about. If you listen to the recording at 13:51 &n 14:00, 16 May 2024, I put down the phone as he was trying to sell me a 3 year deal. His manager "Jason" then called me, and while I am speaking upgrade, they put through an order for a new line. THIS IS *****.

Please confirm this order has been cancelled. Please make sure this is investigated and some action taken against these *****ulent sales agents.
