Rewards Co Mtn sales agents are doing ***** on our accounts. I received a call on the 15 November 2025 from one of their agents Nonhle. She mentioned that they are calling mtn customers as they have noticed that the customers are charged more than what they should be paying and she said I am one of those customers who were incorrectly billed and she will be assisting with sorting/downgrading my contract only to find out that she had upgraded the contract without my consent and I have the call recorded and now I have to pay more than what I was paying.
