*****ulent dealings of untrained staff

I am so done with this so called rewards co company, not one but many people are complaining about this company but nothing is being done about their *****ulent deals, I dont even know why MTN is also not assisting because our contracts are with them

I have been in contact with this so called company for two months but they still go an extra mile to ensure we pay an absurd amount of money for their own faults, they *****ulently migrated my contract and said they will fix it now in them fixing my contract they still charged me pro rata and fees that I told them I dont want now I am paying R400 more on my account , the amount that is not even within my budget somebody somewhere must hold this company and its people accountable for their *****ulent dealings we cant as a country cry about one company as if their special
