Terrible Service

I took an MTN sim only contract through Rewards co. It was supposed to pay R149 for the contract and they have been overcharging me when I made a query I was told that their agent captured the wrong amount so they will send request for cancellation to MTN and that was in June 2020 up until now the cancellation has not been done they keep telling me that cancellation request is with MTN they will escalate the query, every week its the same answer.
