Terrible

Terrible company! Waa contacted by a sales person named Voddir.

He basically sold me a **** story about how I can get a great deal to upgrade.

I took it and upon later investigation realized he was using false information to get me to upgrade.

Very ********* company. Shocked that vodacom actually uses them.

My advise would be to not speak to anyone regarding vodacom upgrades because everyone is a snake.

Rather go in store to prevent yourself from being caught.

I phoned vodacom to cancel and they confirmed the cancellation. Let's hope that's legit...
