Terrible communication

It took 3 days and me wasting my time and and money to make contact to confirm if an application that took close to a month for nothing to happen on and no communication. I finally got to Sifundo who was able to confirm that the application has been dropped and cancelled, its really pathetic that no one contacted me im glad i finally got hold of Sifundo cause he knew what was going on and was able to get me the answers i needed
