Taking Advantage of a Pensioner
This Company Contacted my 74 Year old Mother, she has a hearing aid and can't hear, she does not have any signing power, They have upgraded her phone to a stupid amount that a pensioner can't afford. an amount of R1867.23. is this the norm for this company to take advantage of old people who don't understand? I phoned them, they said they will reverse it in 3 to 5 working days. this is for their management to reach out to me. and for other people to be careful of them.
Rather go to a Cell Shop, Dont trust Call Centres!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
