*****STER COMPANY - BEWARE AND DON'T DEAL WITH THEM

I received a call from a lady saying she is calling from Vodacom, which I also specifically confirmed later on. She advised me to do certain plan changes to a few contract numbers I had, and specifically on my one number that I wanted to upgrade later. I made sure this was not an upgrade and she confirmed that I could still upgrade a bit later! This was however all false information! No my account is much higher, 2 contracts that should not have been higher is as well as the number I didn't want to upgrade was upgraded! I tried to call them they simply don't answer. I called Vodacom to lodge a dispute, even though I had a ref nr. the dispute was not properly logged! So after a week to follow-up I had to log a new dispute! This is taking so much of my time and energy and because THEY ARE *****STERS! The lady said she wants to help me save money on my contracts and she did the exact OPPOSITE! DO NOT TALK TO THEM, DO NOT LISTEN TO THEM, JUST MAKE SURE WHO IS CALLING AND PUT THE PHONE DOWN! I will put in the extra time and energy to make sure they stop this. The actual VODACOM guy told me when I phoned I was already his 5th case who wanted to log a dispute against them. So how many people are being ******* by them. I will never ever be as polite as before, I will just ignore and block these calls!
