Sold a Contract by RewardsCo that doesn't exist according to Vodacom!
Got sold a renewing of my contract that included 20BG of Data free, Great! I requested specifically if that 20GB would be available to me for the duration of my Contract term. Turns out its only available to me for 1Month according to Vodacom! (found that out at a Vodacom Store when my Data disappeared without a trace or notification) I can not fathom how Rewardsco can sell people a contract on false pretenses. I tried to get hold of Rewardsco via their Contact number numerous time...no answer!

I have been sold a Contract under false pretenses!!!
I have now Phoned Though more than twice to get the matter resolved to no avail!!! Now i can not get though to you via your phone line despite multiple attempts today!
I have been given the reference: RCO 178007 and RCO 182723 but my contract has still not been reversed as was promised!
How on earth do you run a business? You promise much but have yet to honor a single promise!
Selling Contracts that don't exist / under false pretenses is a Crime...and now to not rectify your mistakes and making me run after you is disgusting!
