Sinethemba Dzingwa- A rockstar for customer service

After struggling to upgrade my Vodacom contract early, I was told the best thing I could do was to cancel prematurely and take out a new contract. I was transferred to the Rewards CO retention team to which I spoke to a lovely gentleman by the name of Sinethemba Dzingwa who advised me an easier way to sort out my query. Sinethemba paid extra attention to me and called me on numerous occasions to provide me updates. He truly went the extra mile and I am so happy that I had a chance to interact with him. I now just await my upgrade and new phone to finish off this amazing service. Thank you Sinethemba!
