Shortcomings on activation

the system is limited to vary on important aspects for example my application contact number is working anymore but i cannot change it but can only provide alternative number which should be my main number, secondly i was promised an activation within 24 to 48 hours but i had to call after 72 hours before i was promised an activation of which i have to wait another 24 hours.
