Shocking service from Rewarsco and Vodacom.

I shared a good review about Vodacom and an employee Prince last month, however, I seem to have spoken too soon. Prince told me he my request for a call recording could take 10 day and it has been over a month since I have heard from anyone. I have tried to phone almost everyday, however, no agent ever answers the phone. This type of service is shocking.
