A lady by the name of Terry Nkabinde from the customer care section called me in response to a message I eventually sent them through their web site. I had been trying to return a call to the sales assistant I had been dealing with with no success and a wasted 45 minutes of airtime. Terry was so professional, kind and her only mission was to get my query sorted out. She even phoned me back a few days later to see if all was sorted out.
