Terrible service is an understatement!!! Bunch of ********. I was offered an MTN contract by Rewardsco in November 2020, I accepted the offer but they delivered the wrong phone. I returned the phone and the sim card the following day and requested that the contract be canceled. Until today the contract hasn’t been canceled and MTN is billing me and threatening to suspend my other line if I don’t pay. How is it okay that I’m paying for something I don’t even have? How can MTN allow this to happen? I’ve been to numerous Mtn stores and made numerous calls but up until now the contract is still not canceled. How is this ethical? Mondo’s terms and conditions say that I can cancel within 7 days. What did I do wrong to deserve this kind of brutal treatment. In a time when the little money that we have need to go further, we have ******** like Mondo and MTN that take advantage of the vulnerable. I need help, I don’t know what to do anymore.
