I battled with the call team at Rewardsco to cancel an incorrect cellphone that was delivered to me. Most of the consultants were just going through the motion of keeping me quiet with the same story, until Lezain Williams stepped in and went out of his way to escalate the matter to management, contacted RTT the delivery people and even MTN. After his intervention, the matter was resolved within a week. On the final day he phoned and explained the solution to MTN the Glen and now I am the owner of my iPhone 12.
