07 Nov 2023, 10:18In all honesty I regret giving such a great review, I was promised that my issues will be attended to. Its 07/11/2023. I have done my upgrade in 06/2023. I have never been so disappointed especially because I have been with MTN for 10 years. I will def be cancelling all contracts with them soon . Personal, business friends and family as well! I have tried branches, I have called and emailed enough!
